Payment protection insurance claims company relaunches its online FAQ page

Mis sold payment protection insurance (PPI) claims website, ppiclaimsuk.co.uk, has revamped its online FAQ page in a bid to help the public understand PPI compensation .

The revamped section, which has been inspired by customer feedback, features advice and information on how to claim back PPI charges as well as a revealing list of the fines imposed on high street lenders as a result of the mis-selling scandal.

Website spokesman Richard Power explained: "We have long understood that there is a great deal of confusion on the part of the public when it comes to the subject of payment protection insurance and compensation claims, and we have set out to present the FAQ page as a comprehensive collection of advice and information on all aspects of the claims process."

He added that a simple online form is the first step to getting a claim underway and that the revamped FAQ page will give people all the information they require on claiming back PPI charges.
