Friends Provident launches eSelect help tool

Friends Provident has unveiled a web-based tool which is designed to aid advisers who want to write more protection business online.

The product is adapted to its eSelect protection online business system and provides an interactive step-by-step guide for advisers who are not familiar with the tool. It will enable advisers to view a complete walk through of Income Protection (IP) and Term Assurance (TA) applications. It also includes guidance on how to reduce non-disclosure and downloadable literature and sales aids.

Mark Jones, head of protection at Friends Provident, said: "The new eSelect demo tool is an excellent resource for advisers to familiarise themselves with the processes involved for writing protection business online. Advisers will be able to click through these demos at their own pace and focus on key areas of interest. Within the demo advisers also have access to useful PDF downloads, links and contact details.
