New assessments added to Employee Assistance Programme by L&G

The new online assessments which is now part of Legal and General's Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), Premier WorkLife Solutions, has a traffic light indicator that tells staff what they need to focus on as a top priority.

It gives them links to information and fact sheets, such as how to lower blood pressure, reduce weight or tackle an alcohol problem. Vanessa Sallows, benefits and medical underwriting director for Legal and General's Group Protection business said, "This new support for managers gives them access to specialist professionals who can help them with employment issues such as workplace bullying, handling conflict or managing change. The online facility also includes a useful manager section with fact sheets and links for further information."

Diane Buckley, Group Protection's Managing Director added that the firm provides workplace benefits for managers, as well as staff, with the aim that they'll be happier, healthier and more productive at work.
