AXA provides protection aid through website

Mon, 31 Mar 2008

A new website, launched by AXA, will provide advisers with all the information they need to know about what is happening in the protection market.

According to the provider, the website will enable advisers to access information which includes customer and adviser testimonial videos, product literature and the latest industry and company news. Also, by including adviser tool kits with aids and demonstrations, AXA believes the website will make it easier for intermediaries to educate and engage clients.

The website is linked to the online point of sale extranet and will therefore allow advisers to submit business through it.

Iain Mallon, director of protection marketing for AXA said development of the website was aided by a group of advisers who took part in a pilot last year.

He said: "The aim of the pilot was to determine exactly what people want on the website and how to best organise it to make life easier for them. By working closely with our customers in this way we are confident that the new site will fulfil adviser needs."
