Lifesearch has launched a protection policy that will provide seven different levels of cover, including critical illness and income protection under one plan.
The company says that Real Life Cover (RLC) will provide protection for people with one single comprehensive policy . RLC will be available through new UK life firm Fortis .
The policy is made up of same-size pots of money, which are the Life fund and the Living fund. The Life fund works in the same way as life cover, while the Living fund combines four elements income cover, critical illness cover, child and partner carers cover and recuperation cover . Claimants will be able to make as many claims as want, provided there is still money left in their fund. Lifesearch says whenever the fund is paying the claimant a monthly amount, the premiums will be paid for them and it wont come out of their fund.
Tom Baigrie, LifeSearch managing director, says: "Everyone who does not already have full disability and life benefits should consider Real Life Cover, it's easy to follow and is built to be fail-safe and clear."
